We get many requests to import Glo type Bettas mainly. The short answer is NO! It is prohibited to export these fish from Indonesia without a valid license from Glofish Co. Alternatively it is the same situation to import them into Canada, we are not authorized.
If anyone tries to ship / smuggle glofish through our Transhipper JBG without any license from Glofish co, JBG will take the fish out and ban the seller and the buyer to ship with JBG. In addition the seller and buyer may be subject to fines up to $10,000 USD!
