DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

• When buying betta fish from us, you are entitled to ask for a video about the betta that you order. So we will provide you with the link to one. We believe that this will minimize the worries about the health condition of the betta fish you are buying.
• For any mortalities occurring during re-shipping to your residence, this policy is applicable only if all the following conditions are met:
  • You personally sign for the package upon its initial delivery attempt.
  • You provide clear photographic evidence of the deceased fish, still in its unopened bag, within 24 hours of package receipt.
  • Fish declared DOA with supporting photos or videos will be replaced by the seller. Failure to meet these criteria will result in NO replacement or refund.
  • Please note, returns and refunds do not cover situations where fins are slightly damaged but can still recover (common with long-tailed varieties).

Therefore, we highly recommend utilizing local express delivery services within your country and opting for larger plastic bags when placing your fish orders. This proactive approach helps significantly in minimizing potential harm.
